- ➤ A documentary titled 'Americans with No Adress' will examine the growing issue of homelessness and will be shown at the Grand Theater in Wausau on March 25 at 7:30 p.m. The free screening is sponsored by the Wausau Police Department — along with Community Partners Campus and Bridge Street Mission. - ➤ Palms Supper Club from Weston will join Taste of the Draft, a unique event held by 20 supper clubs ahead of the NFL Draft in Green Bay that will serve local fan favorites and support GENYOUth school meal programs; the adult-only gathering will take place on April 23 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Schreiber Foods (tickets cost $800 with a promotion offering two free tickets from April 1 through 15). - ➤ A 42-year-old Amherst man named Justin J. Wojtalewicz was charged with six felony counts including attempted first-degree intentional homicide after a Sunday shooting in Amherst that injured a 43-year-old man, and a Portage County court set $1 million cash bail with conditions—no contact with the victim or witness, absolute sobriety, and surrender of any firearms—with his next court appearance scheduled for April 28.
