- ➤ The Wisconsin Supreme Court race is the most expensive and partisan contest in state history. Both sides are using national spending to try to boost turnout in the April 1 election—making this a unique political test for local voters. Wausau Daily Herald
- ➤ Today, Wausau and Marathon County are asking groups to submit ideas for new shelters for people who are homeless as part of a joint task force effort. The partners have set aside up to $400,000 over the next two years and need proposals by March 28—officials say the plans must offer different options that keep residents safe and support their recovery.
