Volunteers built 16 beds for kids in need on Tuesday at North Central Technical College’s parking lot.

About 50 community members from Sleep in Heavenly Peace joined together at eight stations + finishing early to support families without beds.

Impact100 Greater Wausau announced four finalists in its sixth annual grant cycle; the winner will receive a $100,000 grant at the awards celebration on Monday, May 18 while the other three each get Merit Grants of $28,333.
