- ➤ Rib Mountain Drive is adding new businesses as Chipotle finishes construction on Lilac Avenue—expected to open by the end of summer—and a new coffee shop, 7 Brew, is set to open this fall. - ➤ Experts say that ignition interlock devices help stop drunk driving, but many offenders have not installed them as required & high monthly fees and setup costs discourage compliance. Data show that 217 people in Portage and 300 in Marathon counties were fined since 2020 while the DOT does not track how many drivers meet the requirement. WSAW
