- ➤ In July, Marathon County home listings had a median price of $383,262, which is 3.3% higher than in June and 11.1% higher than last July — homes stayed on market for a median 37 days. In the nearby Wausau-Weston metro area, listings reached a median price of $386,896. Wausau Daily Herald
